JAMAICAN CHICKEN SOUP
Usually served on a Saturday this delicious island-style broth is made with chicken thighs and root vegetables
PEPPA POT SOUP
a delicious and delightful green soup made with amaranth or spinach, coconut milk, and smoked pork and beef.
TOSTONES
twice-fried crispy green plantains paired with boneless braised oxtail, caramelized onion, and goat cheese OR with honey-jerked pull pork and cowboy caviar.
