Starters

RED PEAS SOUP

a classic Jamaican soup made with red kidney beans, beef and or pork, herbs and ​aromatics immersed in a decadent coconut-infused broth.


JAMAICAN CHICKEN SOUP

Usually served on a Saturday this delicious island-style broth is made with chicken ​thighs and root vegetables


PEPPA POT SOUP

a delicious and delightful green soup made with amaranth or spinach, coconut milk, and ​smoked pork and beef.


TOSTONES

twice-fried crispy green plantains paired with boneless braised oxtail, caramelized ​onion, and goat cheese OR with honey-jerked pull pork and cowboy caviar.

CURRY GOAT

chunky, tender pieces of goat slowly simmered in an mildly spiced blend of garlic, ​ginger, thyme, and onions served with perfectly steamed basmati rice, maduros, and ​steamed cabbage.


OXTAIL & BEANS

oxtails braised with butter beans in a flavorful deep gravy spiced with aromatics and a ​hint of scotch bonnet pepper served with rice and peas, maduros, and steamed ​veggies.


GUAVA GLAZED JERK PORK TENDERLOIN

pork tenderloin seasoned to perfection with a bold kick of heat and aromatic spices ​and glazed with a delicious guava reduction served with coconut cilantro rice and ​steamed veggies.
