Hailing from the island of Jamaica, Chef Keisha is a ​culinary maestro, turning simple ingredients into a ​symphony of flavors that carry forward the legacy of a ​long line of culinary matriarchs. She brings a taste of the ​Caribbean to the Lone Star State of Texas – Austin to be ​exact – infusing every dish with the warmth and vibrancy ​of her Jamaican heritage.


Growing up in a household where the kitchen was a ​sanctuary, Keisha inherited the art of cooking from her ​mother, Bee, and the strong and resourceful women who ​came before her. Her love for good food and her exposure ​to different types of cuisine led to her experimenting with ​different ingredients in a quest to replicate at home the ​meals she enjoyed dining out. And the seeds for ​DineOutIn (a food service concept company and a one ​stop shop for elevating the home dining experience) were ​planted.

Keisha’s culinary journey took flight as she left Jamaica to ​explore the vast landscapes of flavor across the United ​States, absorbing the techniques and traditions of the ​diverse culinary landscapes she encountered along the ​way.


Now permanently based in the heart of Austin, Keisha ​weaves together the bold and spicy notes of Jamaican ​cuisine with the melting pot of flavors found in Texas. Her ​private chef services offer an eclectic fusion of Caribbean ​warmth and Texan hospitality, creating an unforgettable ​dining experience that tantalizes the taste buds and ​nourishes the soul, whether she's crafting intimate dinners ​or catering large events.


Beyond her culinary pursuits, Keisha is deeply involved in ​the Austin community, sharing her skills and knowledge ​through cooking classes and collaborations.

She is not just a chef; she is a storyteller and a teacher, ​using her skills to narrate the tales of her ancestors and ​her knowledge to equip others with the confidence that ​they too can create and enjoy fantastic food from the ​comfort of their homes.
